Your client forwards their existing business phone to the dedicated AI number we provide. We include step-by-step forwarding instructions for every major carrier (see below). No new phone number for customers to learn -- they call the same number they always have.

Test the Line

Before going live, call the forwarded number yourself. Make sure the AI picks up, greets with the correct business name, handles common requests (scheduling, emergency routing, service questions), and sends notifications properly. We test on our end too.

Carrier Instructions

Here's how to set up call forwarding on the most common carriers. Each client just dials a short code from their business phone.

AT&T

  • Enable: Dial *72 + the AI phone number, then press Call. Wait for confirmation tone.
  • Disable: Dial *73 and press Call.
  • For conditional forwarding (busy/no answer): *92 to enable, *93 to disable.

Verizon

  • Enable: Dial *72 + the AI phone number, then press Call. Wait for confirmation tone.
  • Disable: Dial *73 and press Call.
  • Business lines may use *72 for all calls or *71 for no-answer only.

T-Mobile

  • All calls: Dial **21* + AI phone number # and press Call.
  • No answer only: Dial **61* + AI phone number # and press Call.
  • Disable: Dial ##21# and press Call.

Spectrum / Landline

  • Enable: Dial *72, wait for dial tone, then dial the AI phone number. Wait for confirmation.
  • Disable: Dial *73 and wait for confirmation tone.
  • Some business plans require contacting Spectrum support to enable forwarding.
