Use a clearly fictional routine service request: a sample name, fictional callback number and reason for calling. Do not share customer records or sensitive information. Your business still decides availability, callbacks and appointments.

Browser evaluation remains held until access and resource authority are issued. A successful demo does not establish that your live phone arrangement is ready.
